Self-Guided Healing and Overcoming Patterns of Eating Disorders (HOPE)

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to test the acceptability and effectiveness of a digital intervention for personalized disordered eating treatment.

Procedure
You will be asked to test digital intervention modules. Before you start the study, you will be asked to complete an initial eligibility screening where you will be asked about eating and weight related concerns and mood. We will also ask about suicidality and medical stability. The initial eligibility screening may be recoded for fidelity purposes.

You will be asked to complete one to four digital self-guided interventions on a mobile application. You will complete the self-guided interventions on your personal electronic device. Each self-guided intervention will last approximately 1-2 weeks, set at your own pace. At the end of the self-guided interventions, you will complete questionnaires about your mood behavior, and experiences with the digital intervention. You can stop the intervention and the study at any time.

Eligible participants are women in the United States aged 18-65 who experience disordered eating.

Payment
There are two phases to this study. Participants are eligible to receive up to $120 for completion of both phases depending on the number of modules you complete.

We are currently recruiting 20 people for the first phase of this study.
